How to Use This System

1) Listen to the 6 Bonus Programs

These 6 CDs are a collection of training calls from December 2006 to May 2007 with our PlatinumVIP members of our Million Dollar Coaching program. The members on these calls are in their second year of coaching. It’s assumed that everyone attending the live Business Mastery seminar reviewed these calls. Therefore, this is your Pre-Work or first step. You’ll find the Word documents, PowerPoint slides and Excel spreadsheets used during these calls on your Support Site.

2) Listen to the 10 seminar CDs

These audio CDs are an edited recording of a live 2-day seminar. Refer to your Workbook and General Manager’s Handbook as you go through the program.

3) Download the General Manager’s Handbook
This is a business operations tool. Overtime this document may be updated online. You’ll want to begin using and modifying your General Manager’s Handbook immediately based on how you currently operate your real estate investment business and where you want to take it. Download it from your Support Site.

4) Listen to the next 6 Bonus Programs as released

We will update your Support Site from time to time. One update you can expect are the additional PlatinumVIP training calls we create from June 2007 through November 2007. These audio files will be added to your support site where you can listen online or download to your MP3 player. Any related document for those programs will be available online.
